Competitive, creative, and collaborative, I bring more than a decade of experience in daily journalism, public affairs, and internal communications for a Fortune 100 company. I contributed to coverage that earned a 2019 Pulitzer Prize, drove communications surrounding Los Angeles’ first Super Bowl and FIFA World Cup since the 1990s, and currently support communications for the lead developer of the James Webb Space Telescope.

My expertise includes planning and executing comprehensive communications programs for high-profile clients across diverse sectors and industries, with experience in media strategy, executive speechwriting, talking points, op-eds, annual reports, websites, digital and print advertising, video production, social media, and more.

A sixth-generation Central Illinoisan, I earned a bachelor’s degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Ill., and master’s in Journalism from Northwestern University. And I still hold out hope that this could be the year the Bears win it all.
